Used Table Analyzer to Normalize, Form Update Errors
I ended up adding a bunch of fields to a table with many of them using
duplicate information (Street Name, City, State, etc.), so I used the Table Analyzer to "normalize" the table. Everything split fine, but now if I change a value in one record, it changes them all. I also need to be able to add new values, which it will not let me do. The form uses a query from the table to sort the records, so I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it. Do I need to update the query or is there something else I need to do? Thanks! |

Run the query alone and see if you can add records or if the query needs work.

The query seems to let me make updates to individual records and will let me
create new records. What other things can I check to troubleshoot? I do get an error when I open the query "The setting for the ListRows property must be from 1 to 255' Would that create the issues? Thanks! "KARL DEWEY" wrote in message ... Run the query alone and see if you can add records or if the query needs work.
