Default Making Cells Non-Accessable

How do I make certain cells non-accessable? I would like to have the
worksheet so that only certain cells can be clicked and edited, but when you
press enter, tab, or arrows the curser continues to the next "available" cell.

You need to highlight the cells you want to access and then go to
FormatCells...Protection and un-check locked. Now go to
ToolsProtectionProtect Sheet... and select any options you want here.

Now pressing tab will cycle to the un-locked cells
