Default transfering data from one computer to a new one

I would like to transfer my contact imformation from my old computer using outlook 97 to a new one using outlook 03.
Could someone tell me the best way to do this?

The file you need to copy and reuse back up is your Personal Folders file
(*.pst) It's where all the mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored.
