Address Book - Presentation of Names
Using Outlook through Microsoft Office, when I want to send a new e-mail and click on the "To:" to access my address book, the names contained therein are sorted by first name first. I would prefer to organize my address book by last name first. How do I do this?

Address Book - Presentation of Names
The display sequence used when you click the "To" button is controlled by the Outlook Address Book properties. If you are using Outlook 2002 or Outlook 2003, click Tools E-mail Accounts View or change existing directories or address books then highlight the entry for the Outlook Address Book and click the Change button.
If you are using Outlook 2000 (Corporate or Workgroup Mode) or Outlook 97, the properties of the Outlook Address Book are accessed via Tools Services. -- Athena [MVP] "buckybrown" wrote: Using Outlook through Microsoft Office, when I want to send a new e-mail and click on the "To:" to access my address book, the names contained therein are sorted by first name first.
