Default Can I print a WBS Chart over multiple pages?

I am using the Visio Work Brak Down (WBS) add-on. WBS tend to be large
documents that do not fit legibly on one page. I noticed that organisational
charts have an option to be split over multiple pages for printing. Is
similar functionality available for WBS charts?

If you are referring to WBS Modeler, then there is a qualified Yes.
You can use the "Create Off-Page Reference" to take a selected Element and
children to a separate page.
