Installing Office Home and Student 2007

When try to install on new computer, I receive this error message:
"D:\HomeStudentr.WW\OSETUP.DLL digital signature does not validate or is not
present"

It installs on my older computer.

Any ideas?

My hard drive recently crashed in my computer and I lost my microsoft home
and student that I purchased. How do I obtain the program that I purchased
and get it installed on my new hard drive?
