Default company address book

I am trying to setup a company wide address book. I have used an address book
in a public folder however when you shortcut it as another address book it
doesn't save the information back to the public address book. It keeps its on
seperate copy on your specific machine. I want something that everyone has
access to and can change but doesn't have to "drill down" to in a public
folder list? I am trying to do something along the same lines with task lists
and calendars.

Thanks,

Chris

Please explain what you mean by "shortcut it as another address book."

Have you shown users how to add the public folder to Public Folders\Favorites?
