Default Installing a Contacts template

I've created a form and named it xxx.oft. I want to create
a subfolder under Contacts that uses xxx.oft as the
template. I can't figure out how to do it--I know I can,
because I did it a year ago, but I can't remember how. I'm
using Office 2000 and Win98.

Create the folder, publish the form to it with the Tools | Forms | Publish
Form command, then make that form the default for the folder on the folder's
Properties tab.
