Default Pivot Table/Chart Data Rounds

Whenever I try to make a pivot table or chart the data that is being used is
rounded to an integer. I tried to format the chart and I haven't been able to
fix it. The data shows up in the table correct but not in the pivot chart or
table. (As an example, a data piece of 5.23 rounds down to 5)
