Update issues
I have made my own programme in Access. Still a learner but I copied varies
things Northwind and forums. After the update on my Office Pro Edition 2003 when I put the catalogue numbers in a form if it starts with a 0 eg 06697 it will not recognize it. I now have to put 6697 in for it to show 06697 (format set to 00000). Any suggestions everything worked fine before Window update and seems to work fine if I uninstall Office Pro Edition 2003 and reinstall, but then the windows update kicks in. I could switch the window update off but I'm sure this is not a good idea |

Update issues
Hi Karl,
Let's start with the table that the catalogue number goes into. I have A 2003 with all service packs and updates. I created a new table with an auto no. primary key and a text field called CatalogueNo. The table properties for Format and InputMask are empty. I created a form based on the table. I can type 06697 into the textbox for catalogue number without any problem. How is your table setup? Jeanette Cunningham "Karl" wrote in message ... I have made my own programme in Access.
