### signs!
Hi,
Sometimes I can fit a lot of text in a small font into a cell. Other times when I try to fit the same amount of text into another cell, all I end up with on the screen are # signs. Thanks for the help!! |

this just indicates that the column width is not sufficient. Just extend the size of this column -- Regards Frank Kabel Frankfurt, Germany "Tara" schrieb im Newsbeitrag ... Your column needs to be widened if you get a ######## in your cell. To do this, go to Format Column Width and adjust your column width. If it is a column width issue, a shortcut to change the width is to move your mouse between the top of the problem column and the next column. Your mouse will change into two arrows pointing away from eachother and all you need to do is double-click. The column will automatically adjust to the width that it needs to be. -- intelgio ------------------------------------------------------------------------ intelgio's Profile: http://www.excelforum.com/member.php...o&userid=15356 View this thread: http://www.excelforum.com/showthread...hreadid=269622 |
