why are some appointments hidden on outlook calendar?
I have synchronized my outlook and blackberry appointments but some don't
show in outlook. on my blackberry there seen to be two folders: device folder and email (.net) folder. Outlook only displays one of them.

Did you configure Desktop Manager to sync multiple calendar folders?
