Default How do I submit a new template design I have created?

Too many choices here. What is the procedure for new template submissions? I
have a good General Employment Application Form I'd like to submit for
download and review.

You might try using the "Suggest a template" link
(http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/su...ename=3&Type=2).
There are very stringent requirements for templates, but perhaps someone
will send you the guidelines.

Well, that's the question, isn't it? The Microsoft Office has an extensive
list of templates for free public download. The question is, how does one
submit a template? as in: "Who do I send it too?", "What is the process for
submission?", "Is it even an option?", "Who cares that I have done all this
work?", etc., etc.,
If anyone has ever done this, please let me know.

Hi Sharon,

At present there isn't a mechanism setup for adding
user created templates to http://office.microsoft.com/templates
You can use the feedback/contact link to contact Microsoft
but generally, 3rd party tools are either handled
separately through setting up your own webpage (or having
it hosted by a site that provides tool downloads) or
through http://office.microsoft.com/marketplace
using the 'become a provider' link on the left of that page.

Thank you, Suzanne. I already did that several times for the last couple of
years. There is still no template for an employer to download and set up on
his own machine. A small business owner must created from scratch, or buy
one, or pay for a professional printer to create one. It seems, anyone who
recruits employees needs more than a Resume...The applicant must fill out an
application with SSN, DLN, and sign permissions for the research. I've
searched every template, found lots of Resumes, lots of New Employee, even
one for analysing applicants, but no actual job appilcation forms with this
info. Anyway, I downloaded a PD100 employment application for the state of
Oregon, disected it, and created a general or (generic form). It took about
16 hours to figure out how the form fields worked since I'm not trained to
use or create them. There should be a wizard for this. It's the most basic
printing requirement of any business.
I'm hoping that, someone agrees with me and will want to look at my template.

Thank you, Bob. Ok, so the answer to my question is, there is no way to
submit a template. Got it. Thanks again.

Hi Sharon,
You can totally submit a template if you have Office 2007 installed. And,
other Office 2007 users will be able to rate and download the template.
There are currently a number of customer submitted templates out on Office
Online. Here's the link to get you started:
https://services.office.microsoft.co...tes/start.aspx
