Default how do I receive auto response that my mail was received

I often send mail and get no replies, it could be that the people I am
mailing have changed their addresses for various reasons. I want to set my
computer so that if a person do receive mail from me I would get an auto
reply that the mail was delivered. Is this possible.

Aloha Receive confirmation on outgoing mail,

What version of Outlook are you using? You can turn on Delivery Receipts
in Outlook but bear in mind that not every system supports them so they are
really not a very reliable method of confirming delivery. Your message may
well be received but you might never receive a receipt.
