Default #Name?

After I build the expression, #Name? shows in the field where I want the sum.
What does this error mean & how do I fix it? Thanks.

Default #Name?

It means that there is something wrong with the expression. It is difficult
to figure out what the issue might be without looking at the form/report.
Please post the expression so we have a starting point.
