Default Unable to open 3M e-mail file

Program: Outlook 2002
Problem: Unable to move or open a received 3M file from my Inbox on my
Hotmail Account.
Error message: Server Timeout
When trying to change the Timeout settings for the POP3 account, I do not
have the Advance tab listed below to change the server timeout.
1. On the Tools menu, click E-mail Accounts.
2. Select View or change existing e-mail accounts, and then click Next.
3. Click the e-mail account you want to change, and then click Change.
4. Click More Settings, and then click the Advanced tab.
5. Under Server Timeouts, move the slider toward Long.
6. Click OK, click Next, and then click Finish.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

After furious head scratching, ddean asked:
