Default access 2007 runtime - SetTempVar doesn't work

i need help about access 2007. i used the default macro ImpostaTempVar (maybe
SetTempVar in english. sorry but i'm italian) that creates a temp variable
(in this case a path like c:\... or \\192.168.1.1\...) that i use in order to
automatically save output there. this works in a system with access 2007
installed. however it doesn't work in systems where there's only access
runtime...
in this case i receive a strange error like database is read only (or
something like that, that doesn't make sense...).

is it possible that the macro isn't supported by access runtime ? is there
an alternative solution ?

Default access 2007 runtime - SetTempVar doesn't work

Dear Sir,

From your description, I understand that you have experienced SetTempVar
(ImpostaTempVar) fail to work in access runtime. If I have misunderstood,
please let me know.

I have researched some information about macro and find that the macro is
supported by access runtime 2007. Based on my experience, the behavior is
related to the coding. To find the root cause of the issue, we need to
analyze your code. This work is out of our service boundary. We'd like to
suggest that you re-post this issue to get the most qualified pool of
respondents, and other members in the community regularly can either share
their knowledge or learn from your interaction with us. Since the
newsgroups may have independent databases, so we are not able to help you
transfer the post automatically. Please help to submit a new post to
microsoft.public.access.macros queue

Also, if you need further assistance on this request, you can post it in
the Developer newsgroups that are located at:

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
