Default Printing calendars with detail for other people you support

I support several people and they want me to print their calendars for them.
I just converted to Office 2007. I can't find where I can wrap text on the
calendar so the whole appointment prints. I have downloaded the Calendar
Printing Assistant and it seems to work on my calendar but I don't know how
to print someone else's calendar. Any assistance would be greatly
appreciated. Thanks.

You should see if the Outlook Calendar Printing Assistant helps with that.

Outlook 2007 doesn't wrap text on appointments- you need to use the
calendar printing assistant or other tool. The CPA will print the other
calendars, as will the tools at
http://www.slipstick.com/addins/calendar_print.asp.

In CPA, click on the Add Calendars and Tasks link on the bottom left, then
select the calendar from the right pane. You will need to have the calendars
shown in your calendar pane before you can print them.

Even when I check the box for the "drop end time" the end time still shows
and prints. Any ideas?
