Is there such thing as a Certificate? I wonder what it would look like.

Default I need a certificate of origin.

If you're in the United States, then maybe what you're thinking
of is a Birth Certificate. Your parents may have yours. If not,
then you can usually get an official copy from your county health
department if you know your date and place of birth.
