There appears to be a ton of calendar templates available at MS. It would be
tough to guess which one you're using. Can you tell us the exact name of the one you downloaded? ************ Hope it helps! Anne Troy www.OfficeArticles.com "Tech11742" wrote in message ... As previously stated, it is possible to merge cells in any table. Have you
tried it? -- Suzanne S. It's not a table that I made, and I have tried almost everything I know of
unless it's not possible to due this to a template. Below is the template I downloaded. Thanks Granma Tech11742 2006 calendar (Mon-Sun, 12-pp., classic blue) "Suzanne S. Hi, Tech. Okay. I got ya. I assume that merging cells isn't really what you
want to do since that actually puts the dates into one cell as well. If you're trying to show an event that overlaps days, then use a textbox. From the Drawing toolbar, click the textbox button, click and drag a box about the size you want and to cover over top of the days you want. Type your event name. Click on the border of the textbox. Use the fill bucket on the Drawing toolbar to say "No Fill" (which I assume you'd like to have) and you can also remove the border by choosing the Line Color button and choose "No line". Yes, you can merge cells in that file. But, No. I don't see any way to merge cells that would make sense for you. ************ Hope it helps!
