Duplex printing glitches/failure
I'm familiar w/ publisher...I've used it for a while.
I'm familiar w/ my printer (duplex) I have a doc that prints in duplex mode fine....until I make a small change (correct a spelling)...then it goes from double sided to two seperate pages. I end up cutting and pasting the work to a new publisher doc and reattempt duplex and all is good....unless I need to modify the doc. What the heck? This is happening on multiple docs! Help! |

Because of the way you posted, I just need a little clarification.........
You're using Publisher 2003 on Windows XP Pro? Have you looked for updated printer drivers? -- JoAnn Paules MVP Microsoft [Publisher] "who cares" wrote in message ... 2003 version is being used "who cares" wrote: I'm running XP Pro "who cares" wrote: I'm familiar w/ publisher...I've used it for a while. I'm guessing when you edit the file the printer goes back to the default of
turning off the duplexing. The next time you edit a file, and save it, check the printer settings to verify the duplexing is still selected. -- Don Vancouver, USA "who cares" wrote in message ... 2003 version is being used "who cares" wrote: I'm running XP Pro "who cares" wrote: I'm familiar w/ publisher...I've used it for a while. Are you using a wizard for your publication? Try saving the file with a new name...
