Default Installing Office 2007 Professional on a new computer


I just purchased a new computer. I will be donating my old computer
that has Office 2007 already installed on it. I already have Office
2007 Pro installed on two computers...my laptop and the old computer I
will be donating. I need to install Office 2007 on my new computer, so
how do I get around installing it on what will now be three computers?
Does Microsoft recognize if I uninstall Office 2007 from the computer I
will be donating so that I will be back to only two installs per the
software? Thanks for your replies!

If your ELUA allows installation / use on 2 PC's simply uninstall on the old
unit, reinstall on the new & use phone activation of on line fails
And no MS doesnt log an uninstall
