My Information
Hello,
How can I change the information displayed in the properties box for my email address? After I send an email, and double click on my name, a properties box appears. How can I change the Title section of this box? Thank you, |

Post is too vague. Try again using complete, clear descriptions of what you
mean. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "tjh" wrote in message ... Hello, How can I change the information displayed in the properties box for my email address? After I send an email, and double click on my name, a properties box appears. How can I change the Title section of this box? Thank you, |

My Information
Sorry, hope this is better.
In any email - Double Click on an addressee's name - from there a properties box is displayed. How or where do I change/update the information that is displayed for my own personal properties so that the recepients can see my current information. Thanks, "Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook]" wrote: Post is too vague. Try again using complete, clear descriptions of what you mean. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "tjh" wrote in message ... You have no way to control what your correspondents have stored on their PCs for you. Your title is not part of your mail address. It may be part of the contact information they have stored for you on their PC, but the only way you can affect that is to send them a mesasge etlling them the information you want them to have or by sending then a vCard based on the contact entry you have for yourself. -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook] |
