Default Spreadsheets and VBA

In an effort to help in our conversion process from excel 97 to excel 2003.
Does anybody know of a command-line utility or a script we could use that
would tell us whether or not there is vba code in a targeted spreadsheet? I’m
asking this because we have 50,000 plus spreadsheets, and it would be very
time-consuming to look at each spreadsheet for vb code. Any direction or
pointers would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance!

Thomas
