Default "An internal support function returned an error"

Hi all...
I get this message when I try to send a broadcast email to a group called
"_all sales staff". I do not get the error when I send it to "all staff". The
groups are almost identical, except _all sales staff has 2 or 3 fewer
recipients.
I deleted all the names in the group, and reentered them, and still get the
message. Once I was asked if I wanted to correct the error, I said yes, and I
still get the error. It worked fine until I reset all my Office defaults.
Any ideas?
Thanks
John
