Cant find my contacts and extra personal folder
Hi, i formatted my computer and backed up everything, problem is i
reinstalled office and when i opened up office outlook 2003, first of all it created a new personal folder, then i added my old personal folder but i cant get rid of the other personal folder that it created upon start up, not only that but now it downloads any new mail to the personal folder i dont use and not my old one, also, i dont have my old contacts, is it in a seperate file? if so whats the extention so i can search for it, thanks

Make the old PST your delivery location, if that's where you want messages
delivered. HOW do i do that please??? They're not in a separate file. They're right there in your Contacts folder where they belong, aren't they? they are not there -- Brian Tillman

Stop and restart Outlook. they are not there Then you did something to your old PST because it contained them before you changed things.
