Greeting card problem

I want to make a greeting card with 4 pages (front, inside left, inside
right, back) such that I can print two cards on an A4 sheet of paper.

So far I have only been able to print one card on an A4 sheet, by printing
all four pages on one side of an A4 sheet and then folding it twice to make
a card with the pages in the right place.

This is fine if using 80g/m2 paper, but I would like to use the heavier
160g/m2 paper (or even photographic paper), and only have to fold the card
once, otherwise it is too bulky.

I assume I'll have to print pages 4 and 1 on one side, and pages 2 and 3 on
the other side. But I just can't figure out how to do this. Pages 2 and 3
can be printed in one go, but if I print page 1 and then pass the paper
through again and print 4, it comes out over the top of page 1.

Any ideas? Or another way of doing this?

Just do a File, Page setup for the size of the paper in its final size.
Then when you print it will print two per sheet of paper.

Except if you are using Publisher 2007. If you are using 2007 you will have to
separate the stock first before you print. This will be fixed in the next
service pack.

In all other versions, setup your card as a booklet, type the size, Publisher
will say it will print two per sheet of paper.
