Default Attachments from safe senders

If you add a domain to your Safe Senders list, will attachments that are sent
from that domain come through without being blocked?

The blocking of attachments is not connected to the Safe Senders list in any
way.

Then is there anything that can be done -- by me or the sender -- to keep
Microsoft from blocking attachments?
