Cant find my contacts and extra personal folder
Hi, i formatted my computer and backed up everything, problem is i
reinstalled office and when i opened up office outlook 2003, first of all it created a new personal folder, then i added my old personal folder but i cant get rid of the other personal folder that it created upon start up, not only that but now it downloads any new mail to the personal folder i dont use and not my old one, also, i dont have my old contacts, is it in a seperate file? if so whats the extention so i can search for it, thanks |

Make the old PST your delivery location, if that's where you want messages

Change the "Deliver new e-mail to the following location" cdrop-down to point to the PST you want to use. Stop and restart Outlook. they are not there Then you did something to your old PST because it contained them before you changed things.
