Default How do I create line borders with rounded edges in Publisher 2002

Using either the stock line art or borderart, I need to create and configure
(adjustable line types and weight) round-edged borders. It would ge even
greater if I can also control the level of 'roundness'.

And I tend to think of line art as some sort of design created with lines,
not necessary a straight line that's dotted or squiggly. :-)
