Default Another font problem...

I am a low-vision person, and new to Outlook 2007. Previously, I used
Outlook Express (OE) 5 and 6 to read ans send mail.

In OE, I could (but I can't remember how) make the font sizes of the
emails in the various folders, including inbox, etc. large enough to see
without bunping my nose on the screen. Is there any way to do this in
Outloook 2007 ?

I think some of my problem is tnat the new computer I am using now is a
22" Widescreen LCD on which I am confidured at 1680x1050, where the old
system used a 19" standard LCD at 1280x1024. Would this be my problem
? If so, where can I change the size globally to get me where I need
to be ?

Thanks
