msimn.exe, unless its a Vista PC in which case its 'Mail'

You'll know where Outlook is because you'll have had to install it. Outlook
and Outlook Express are not the same thing.

Outlook would be in C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Officexx, where "xx"
depends on the version of Office.
