Default How do I get Outlook to stop asking me about RSS on startup?

Every time I open Outlook it asks about RSS feeds.
The old Outlook used to make sense and the help files were GREAT. Now they
are worse than worthless, just time consuming and frustrating and NEVER have
the answer to the most OBVIOUS questions.
