Default Business Contact Manager Error When trying to open a contact

I have just purchased and installed Outllook 2003 and Business Contact Manager. I then imported my old addresses from an Access file. Whenever I double-click to open a contact in BCM I get the following error message:
"The custom form could not be opened. Outlook will use an Outlook form instead. The form required to view this message cannot be displayed. Contact your administrator."
When I click OK I get another message saying:
"Array index out of bounds".
Then I click OK and it opens the form.
Is there a fix??
