two pages per sheet
i'm running win 2k
word 2k i have a document that has 23 pages, and it's all in landscape. i want to print two pages per sheet (hp laserjet 4200n). when i choose the "pages per sheet" option in print setup and set it to "2", the pages are reduced to about 1/4 of their size, and printed side by side on a landscape page, leaving 3/4 of the page blank. obviously two landscape pages will fit perfectly on a portrait page, one of top of the other! i can't change the orientation of the document to portrait because there are tables & so forth that need to be displayed in landscape! how can i print two reduced landscape pages on a portrait page? if anyone knows .. i'll worship them. |

You can post to more than one group by cross-posting. See

i know how to crosspost. various newsgroups i frequent don't like
crossposting. hard to know which people are going to complain about crossposting! it happens, i've seen it and didn't want to annoy. so, you can't please all of the people all of the time. Suzanne S. Multiple posts to separate groups are much more annoying than cross posting
because they result in a duplication of effort on the part of those who respond to questions. Sensible cross posting to a limited number of groups is unlikely to cause offence and even then only to a few pedants who you can ignore. Widespread crossposting is spam and that will run you into deep water. -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org jils wrote: i know how to crosspost. various newsgroups i frequent don't like crossposting. hard to know which people are going to complain about crossposting! it happens, i've seen it and didn't want to annoy. so, you can't please all of the people all of the time.
