2007 PPT
I have opened a PPT 2003 file in PPT 2007, modified, saved as PPT 97-2003 and
have run on a computer using PPT 2003 viewer, and a lot of the text boxes and graphics have gone missing in show mode. Than opened in PPT 2003, saved and it still does not display correctly. There is an issue with saving to an earlier version with 2007, completely messed up the file. ---------------- This post is a suggestion for Microsoft, and Microsoft responds to the suggestions with the most votes. 2007 PPT
I saw something similar with a beta version of PPT 2007, but I haven't seen
it yet with the RTM (final -- released to manufacturing) version. Are you, by any chance, using a beta version of PPT 2007? Are the missing textboxes and graphics ones that you added in 2007? Do they show up (in show mode) in PPT 2003 but not in the Viewer, or are they missing in both? -- Echo [MS PPT MVP] http://www.echosvoice.com What's new in PPT 2007? http://www.echosvoice.com/2007.htm Fixing PowerPoint Annoyances http://www.oreilly.com/catalog/powerpointannoy/ "ergotrontb" wrote in message ... I am not using a beta version. Once modified in 2007, the text boxes no
longer display in show mode in 2003 either. Thanks. "Patrick Schmid [MVP]" wrote: Are you using a beta version of 2007? Could you email me the file? echos at indy dot net This shouldn't be
happening, and if it is happening with the released software, we have a problem that needs to be solved. If you email me the file, please add a note reminding me of this thread.
