Default How do I get outlook to leave email address display as [email protected].

In its various lists, displays and forms, some bozo decided that MS Outlook
should display email addresses as fname lname of recipient rather than
. How do I get it to stop reformating the name and leave the email
address as an email address?

Fill in the Display As field with the desired view in the Contact listing.
