Default How do I group several e-mail addresses together?

I just need to know how to group several addresses together to send one
e-mail message to several people at the same time. Without having to go
through my entire address book! Can anyone show me a short simple way to do
this????

Default How do I group several e-mail addresses together?

- In Outlook, open your Address Book (Tools - Address Book).
- Click the New Entry button, or click on File - New Entry.
- Select "New Distribution List" and click OK.
- Type a name for the distribution list. This is what will show up when
you're looking for it in your Address Book (like "Coworkers" or "Family" for
example).
- Click the Select Members button.
- Go through your Address Book and add recipients to the Members field.
- Once done, click OK.
- Click Save and Close.
- Close your Address Book.

From now on when you want to send mail to this group you can select the
distribution list from your Address Book the same way you'd select an
individual address. Hope that helps!

Look at Distribution List. It's simple, but of course you have to initially
go thought your address book (Contacts) to add the names to the list.

After creating the Distribution List, you can treat it as a single email
address, in turn a "group several addresses together.. send one...".

From your Contacts, just click on File New Distribution List, and follow
the obvious screens.
