O Boy! O Boy! A test!!! I'm good at tests!!!

The answer to a)

Publisher is used to create... guess! "Publications!" and a printer is
needed to.... Publish those Publications. No printer, no Publication!
For instance the great works of Donato the Magnificent (who presently is on
a sabbatical) relies on Microsoft's Publisher 2000 and a HP DeskJet 970Cse.

The answer to b)

The publications we talked about in a), a Microsoft program! We need
Microsoft's Publisher to share the great works of the great writers in order
to make life worthwhile for all.... Microsoft Publisher with a printer
results in giving us the knowledge to provide to all the answer to Rodney
King's famous words, "Can't we just get-a-long?"

Sine die.

Well I'm sorry but what has this to do with:

a) Publisher

and

b) Microsoft?

For a teacher you sure aren't very intelligent!

Yep, you're correct Jo, that's why I responded with humor to the put-down
that was given to the individual who was looking for a little help.

Sometimes we need a little humor in our lives.

(But you have to admit, this is an odd place to post that question. It's
much easier to find a place within Epson's site to contact their tech
support than it is to find the newsgroups thru MS. Oh well, hopefully by now
she;s figured out how to change that darned cartridge.)

BTW, one of my neighbors told me she heard that our local Office Max offers
a ream of recycled paper in exchange for old ink cartridges. I have one
sitting on my desk as I type but haven't gotten over to OMAX yet. Maybe
tomorrow. If the rumor is true, I'll let y'all know.

A small child turns to Ed, and exclaims: "Look! Look! A post from JoAnn
Paules !"...
I always hated changing the ink cartridge in Epsons. The damned
carriages wouldn't always stop when they were supposed to. Half the
time I'd get the carriage started and yank the power cord. Not good -
but it sure did work.

The things I hated about Epsons were that:
a) The cartridges were so damn expensive unless you got remanufactured
fakes.
b) The things took so long to warm up
c) The print quality was so awful
d) The printing was so slow
e) Once you took a print cartridge out, the printer refused to accept it
when you put it back in, or if it did, it spilled ink all over the next few
pages and reduced the quality even further
f) The print cartridges lasted no time at all.

The list could go on, but I'll leave it there.
