Default EXCEL 2003 PRINTS #SIGNS INSTEAD OF THE CELL VALUE

Before you print have you tried looking at the sheet in
print preview? If it still displays correctly in print
preview it might be a font issue, it it doesn't show in
preview I'd look at the page setup.

Cheers,

Jon

I HAVE A SPREADSHEET THAT APPEARS FINE WHEN VIEWED ON

THE SCREEN, HOWEVER WHEN I PRINT IT OUT
SEVERAL OF THE CELLS ARE PRINTED OUT #####. NOW I KNOW

THAT IF CELL WIDTH IS TO SMALL I WILL
SEE ##### IN A CELL, BUT THIS IS NOT THE CASE. ALL THE

CELLS ARE DISPLAYING THERE INFORMATION
CORRECTLY ON THE SCREEN.

HELP.....

WYSIWYG--ain't necessarily so.

Either widen those columns or change the font to something a little smaller.

The real test of how it looks printed is looking at the paper copy.

(And here's hoping that others don't use a different printer--'cause they could
still have the same problem--or they might not have had a problem at all!)
