Default Custom stencil arrow shapes

I have drawn some custom arrows (don't like the standard ones) and these are
fine at a 1:1 size. However......If I wish to lengthen the arrow the entire
object streaches. The std Vsio arrows maintain the arrowhead segment and just
lengthen the 'shaft'.

I have tried to unravel how this works via the Shape Sheet and it looks like
is linked to the Shape Transformation and 1-D enpoints. However, I cannot
seem to get the same sections to display for my home build arrows e.g. 1-D
endpoints!

I know I could do this by splittng the head from the shaft of the arrow -
but that's giving up isn't it?

Can anybody give me a steer on this?

There are custom lines AND custom line ends. The line ends are NOT related
to the size of the line. If you add an arrow head as part of a custom line,
the arrow head may be dependant on the line length. There are ways of
avoiding this by being careful with the formulas used, but it is better just
to create a custom line end.
