Office 2000 settings on a terminal server
I have 2 different issues with Office 2000 running on a
Windows 2000 terminal server: First: We have loaded the office suite on the server and each individual is left to setup their own instance of each of the programs to match their needs but on several occasions this has not worked. We have several users that no matter what happens, always get the default configurations everytime they login(it saves no settings at all) This particularly applies to the excel addins. I have tried deleting and recreating profiles but it does not work. Any ideas? Second: When having to delete and recreate a profile, one of the major complaints of the users is that these settings (applies to the users that settings actually save) aren't carried over to their new profiles, does anyone know where these settings are saved and if they can be moved to the new profiles? Thanks, any help would be appreciated. |
