How to change options for saving when old directory(network) gone
I have moved my computer from a network to home and cannot change the EXcel
"tools" "options" ( such as automatice Save to file) as EXcel still looks for the old network directory. Is reconnecting to the network my only option?? |

Is reconnecting to the network my only option? I may be missing your warning but I'll take a shot as what I think you said didn't make sense. Select: TOOLS...OPTIONS...(Select the GENERAL Tab)...Then change the entry besides the label..."Default File Location" That should do it for ya. |

It should free things up. I assume you dont need the drive anylonger anyhow. Even if you do you can always remap it later. |
