Default importing email addresses to Microsoft Office Outlook

Since my husband and I both access our email from different computers,
we go to the internet (instead of Outlook) to read messages. That way
they aren't downloaded to one of our computers where the other person
can't have easy access to them.

I do use Outlook for work sometimes, however. Is there any way I can
download my online store of email addresses to Outlook? Thanks.

You posted your question in a Fax group. It appears to have nothing to do
with fax.
When you repost in a more appropriate group, you will want to add far more
detail and far more clarity to your post. Include what you mean by "go to
the internet (sic) (instead of Outlook)", what mail account types you have,
and what Outlook versions you are using.
