Great! I will try this the next time I have this problem.

I'm surprised to learn that my outlook fax is acient - I thought this
is what everybody else uses and this is what this forum is for. Is
there another version of fax that comes with Outlook? Where do I find
it?

Winfax SE was discontinued after Outlook 2000. The Windows 2000/XP fax is
what most people use now.

Thank you again for your answer.

I think you are refering to the fax program that's part of win2k,
right? It doesn't have an Outlook interface. And it seems that ,iI
want to have one, my Outlook must run under "corporate/workgroup" mode.
This is not suitable for my home computer.

Please correct me if I were wrong.
