Default Capture styles & formatting list

I use the styles & formatting pane quite often when formatting my long
documents. Is there a way I can capture the entire task pane list so I can
print it separately? Similar to swiping all the entries in the task pane and
copy/paste elsewhere. Can't swipe/select all the entries. Any thoughts?
Thanks!

A known solution (not _quite_ capturing the taskpane) to get a list of
all styles in the document is to use ? | Info | SystemInfo.

Look for Office ... Applications | Word | Styles; File | Export.

This somewhat strange dialogue comes in handy when you want to document
a given doc- or dot-file, or when you need an overview on an unknown file.

Not sure if it's what you're looking for but I quite often use the
'print what' option on the print dialogue, and select styles. This
gives a print out of all styles in the document.
