Default how to add row to existing chart inbetween text

I am having trouble adding text to an existing chart This information is
dated and should not be added at the end of the chart but sometimes in
between already dated information

Default how to add row to existing chart inbetween text

If by "chart" you mean "table," you can add rows anywhere you like. Select
one or more rows and right-click, then choose Insert Rows. You'll get as
many new rows as you have selected. They'll be inserted above the selection.
If you want rows below, you can use Table | Insert | Rows Below, or, for a
single row, you can place the insertion point at the end of the row (just
left of the end-of-row marker) and press Enter.
