Default Tranferring OE account to new PC..

I am getting a laptop and would like to export my whole OE account (emails,
folder, etc.) onto my new laptop.

Could someone advise me as to the best method to accomplish this?

Thank you very much.

Make backup on your PC and then restore from backup file on your laptop.
