Default Transferring Saved emails to new computer

I have a new laptop with Office 2007. I have a lot of saved email on my old
computer with Office 2003. The saved emails are in sub-folders,
sub-sub-folders, etc. I need to keep the Received date intact. How do i
move my Saved Folder, with all the sub-folders, to my new computer?

Simply open the data file in outlook 2007 - dont Import or Export
Do NOT overwrite any existing data file
