Default Auto emailing incomming faxes?

Hi,

Is it possible with the fax utility to send fax to emails addresses
automatically when receiving them ?

I have WindowsXP SP2 with Office 2003....

No. Rules cannot be used to forward faxes in Outlook. Details he

No. Different issue. The article has expired but simply documents what we
all know. Faxes cannot be forwarded.

You will have to use a third party fax server like RightFax to
accomplish this. With a product like RightFax you have the ability to
receive faxes on a single trunk line that has many different fax
numbers assigned to the same trunk (Direct Inward Dialing). When a fax
arrives on either of the numbers, the received fax can then
automatically be routed to any email adress or public folder. With a
product like SNAPSFLOW, you could have faxes come in on a single fax
number and then let SNAPSFLOW read certain information on the received
fax, such as a bar code. When the bar code is recognized, the fax will
then be routed to an individual, multiple individuals, a public folder
or even ftp'd to an entirely different location.
